One caveat when using the Mortgage Calculator: Use it only as a general guide, the payment it gives you cannot be counted on completely because real estate finance can be pretty complicated and there might be variables such as interest rates, taxes, insurance or PMI (Primary Mortgage Insurance) that could affect your total payment.
