We've really been thankful for Staci's help in renting our home in Harrison. Last year was a pretty tumultuous time for our little family, and Staci's help made a few of the bumps a little less bumpy. She helped us with suggestions on what was needed to get our house ready to be rented and even helped with finding the right person to do the work that was needed.
We were right to trust her judgement, and expertise in finding the right renter, and making the experience easy, and professional for all parties involved. Communication is key, especially when the owner is not able to be anywhere near the rental property and needs the eyes and ears of a good property management to be there for them. Stacie has been those eyes and ears for us, in a very friendly and professional manner with communication either by phone or email.
